The Flowmotion Waterloop was designed to meet your individual needs and level of conditioning.  Each individual's muscular development and kinesthetic awareness is at a different stage of development.  The Flowmotion Waterloop does not come sealed with water because we want you to determine how much water is comfortable for you to work with. 

Filling With Water

You may want to start with about one quart of water to a maximum of three quarts (1/2 quart for children) and adjust the amount of water in your Flowmotion Waterloop according to the type of workout you desire.  The Flowmotion Waterloop is easily emptied, refilled, and adjusted by adding water or letting water out. 

Removing Excess Air

Like human skin the material breathes.  An air pocket may develop, and too much air restricts the movement of the water in the Flowmotion Waterloop.  If this occurs simply remove all but a two inch pocket of air before closing the valve.  The water in the Flowmotion Waterloop will naturally evaporate over time: just add more water. 

Keep It Clean

To keep your Flowmotion Waterloop in good condition, you may want to change the water and wash the outside surface with water and a mild soap solution.  Do not use bleach, alcohol-based cleaners, or harsh abrasives.  With proper care your Flowmotion Waterloop will function optimally for years.

Transporting

The Flowmotion Waterloop can travel with you.  Take care to transport your Flowmotion Waterloop in a protective case or bag as you would a tennis racket, golf clubs, or other sports equipment. 

Storing

You may want to hang the Flowmotion Waterloop by its handles.  Doorknobs or hooks are convenient.  It is not recommended to store the Flowmotion Waterloop in direct sunlight. 

Repair

The Flowmotion Waterloop is made from supple yet extremely durable state-of-the-art material.  These qualities provide for the necessary maximum fluid movement and strength this product requires.  The material is very durable but it is not puncture proof. 

The Flowmotion Waterloop should be kept out of reach of animals and sharp objects.  If an accident should occur small punctures can be repaired with 3M decorative tape or urethane repair products.  Such repair kits can be found where auto supplies and camping supplies are sold.
